Sasha is both an Italian and British citizen specialized in Corporate Law, Civil Law and Real Estate matters. She delivers the full range of services that apply to M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions to an array of leading economic operators, both domestic and foreign, as well as to small-and-medium-sized enterprises, professionals and individuals who need targeted, reliable and affordable legal assistance.

From 2013 to 2020 Sasha has been in charge of the Trevisan & Cuonzo 4Innovation® project, the mentoring program which was conceived by Sasha and then implemented by T&C Law Firm with the purpose of delivering high quality legal assistance to newly incorporated companies, innovative StartUps and small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Over the years Sasha has rendered legal advice to over 100 companies, she has accompanied founders and investors through the creation, development and expansion stages of their enterprises and she has created a virtuous ecosystem made of sensational ventures and a network of enabling partners, potential investors and distributors.
